Agreement

These terms apply when you use the MirrorZen website, Windows application, account system or MirrorZen Pro subscription. By creating an account, buying a subscription or using the service, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Statement and Refund Policy.

The service

MirrorZen is a Windows AirPlay receiver for viewing compatible iPhone screen and audio streams on a PC. Apple does not provide remote iPhone touch control through standard AirPlay mirroring, and MirrorZen does not claim to provide that capability.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and controlling access to your PC. One account is intended for the person who created it. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or subscription is being misused.

Subscriptions and renewal

MirrorZen Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly recurring subscription. The selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and displays the final price, applicable taxes, billing period and available payment methods before payment is submitted.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal through the subscription-management options made available by Paddle or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end access before the current paid billing period expires.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the MirrorZen Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not use MirrorZen to violate law, privacy, copyright or another person's rights; interfere with the service or its security; distribute malware; abuse accounts or payments; or resell access without written permission.

Software and third parties

MirrorZen includes third-party components governed by their own licenses. Those notices are provided with the application and on the Third-Party Notices page. Apple, iPhone and AirPlay are trademarks of their respective owners; MirrorZen is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Availability and changes

The application may change as compatibility, security and playback support evolve. We may update or discontinue features, but we will not intentionally remove paid access without providing a reasonable remedy where required by law.

Warranty and liability

MirrorZen is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every network, iPhone, protected video service or PC configuration will work without interruption. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for MirrorZen during the previous 12 months, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.
